These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://www.furavora.store and purchases made from Furavora.

Throughout these Terms, “Furavora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Furavora. “You” and “customer” refer to any visitor, account holder, or purchaser using the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or contacting us.

  1. ONLINE STORE PLATFORM

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display products, maintain carts, process checkout, and support store operations.

Your use of Shopify consumer services may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, materials, features, and availability.

However:

• Screen settings may affect how colors appear;
• Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
• Handmade, textile, or soft products may have minor variations;
• Packaging may change without materially changing the product; and
• Product photographs may include props or animals not included in the purchase.

Customers must review the product description, selected variant, dimensions, and size information before ordering.

For pet clothing, costumes, harnesses, carriers, beds, and wearable products, customers are responsible for measuring their pet and selecting an appropriate size.

We may correct product information, pricing errors, typographical errors, or availability information at any time.

  1. PET SAFETY

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet’s size, breed, age, health, temperament, and behavior.

Unless a product specifically states otherwise:

• Pet products should be used under responsible adult supervision;
• Toys should not be treated as indestructible;
• Damaged, torn, loose, or chewed products should be removed immediately;
• Wearable products must not restrict breathing, movement, circulation, vision, eating, or drinking;
• Electronic and moving toys should not be used near water unless specifically designed for that purpose; and
• Grooming products should be used gently and discontinued if irritation occurs.

Furavora products are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, medication, professional grooming, pest-control treatment, or medical advice.

Consult a qualified veterinarian if a pet has an injury, illness, severe skin irritation, infestation, breathing problem, allergic reaction, or other health concern.

  1. PRICES, DISCOUNTS, AND CURRENCY

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed by the website and may change without notice.

The final amount charged is the amount confirmed during checkout.

Promotions, discount codes, compare-at prices, sale prices, free-shipping thresholds, and savings offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum-spend requirements, or availability limitations.

Only one promotion may apply unless checkout expressly allows multiple promotions.

Taxes, customs duties, currency-conversion charges, and other government or payment-provider fees may apply.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing, subject to payment authorization, product availability, fraud review, and shipping eligibility.

We may reject or cancel an order when:

• Payment is declined or unauthorized;
• Product information or pricing contains an obvious error;
• Inventory is unavailable;
• The delivery address is unsupported;
• Fraud, abuse, resale activity, or suspicious conduct is reasonably suspected;
• A promotion has been misused; or
• Fulfilling the order would violate law or platform requirements.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Products may have purchase limits. We may restrict quantities ordered by the same customer, account, household, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

  1. PAYMENT

Available payment options are displayed during checkout and may include PayPal and supported debit or credit cards.

The availability of PayPal guest checkout or card payment without a PayPal account is controlled by PayPal and may depend on the customer’s country, device, account status, transaction, and PayPal eligibility rules.

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Payment information is processed by Shopify, PayPal, and applicable payment providers. Furavora does not directly store complete debit or credit card numbers.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, customs obligations, address requirements, and delayed-order procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Items within one order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections concerning delivery.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, replacements, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must contact Furavora before returning any product. Sending an item to an unauthorized address does not guarantee a refund.

  1. ACCOUNTS

If customer accounts are enabled, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials;
• Restricting access to your account and device;
• Providing accurate account information; and
• Notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, harassment, policy abuse, unlawful conduct, or disruption of the website.

  1. REVIEWS, PHOTOS, AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, testimonial, message, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it;
• The content is truthful and not misleading;
• The content does not violate another person’s rights;
• The content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene; and
• The content does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

You grant Furavora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, format, publish, and display submitted content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.

We are not required to publish every submission and may remove content that violates these Terms.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its branding, design, logos, graphics, copy, arrangement, photographs, and original content are owned by or licensed to Furavora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity;
• To violate intellectual-property, privacy, or consumer rights;
• To distribute malware or harmful code;
• To collect customer or website data without authorization;
• To interfere with website security or operation;
• To submit false information;
• To impersonate another person;
• To abuse discounts, refunds, chargebacks, or promotions; or
• To purchase products for unauthorized resale where restrictions apply.

The website may contain links to or integrations with Shopify, PayPal, carriers, tracking services, social networks, analytics providers, and other third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Furavora is not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, content, or practices outside our reasonable control.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

Products remain subject to any express product warranty and mandatory warranty rights under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furavora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Furavora’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Furavora against claims, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, misuse of a product, or violation of another person’s rights.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Furavora is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, customs disruption, labor disputes, carrier interruption, internet failure, or supply-chain disruption.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  1. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines, without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections available in their country or region of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.

The revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
